Kasli SoC

Current version v1.1.1
ARTIQ Compatible
Open-Source

Kasli SoC is an SoC-based ARTIQ controller designed to interface with up to 12 Eurocard Extension Modules (EEMs). Built on the AMD Zynq-7000 SoC, it most powerful ARTIQ controller currently available. Equipped with specialized clocking circuitry, Kasli SoC can function as both an ARTIQ master or satellite, providing 4 downstream connections in master mode and 3 in satellite. The reference clock can be sourced from either the on-board oscillator or an external clock source. For external connectivity, Kasli SoC features 4 SFP sockets, supporting a range of options such as an RJ45 adapter for Ethernet connections or a PCIe x4 link for data-intensive applications (note: PCIe support is not available in ARTIQ).
